We are in the in the summer of 2021 and the uncertainty regarding how Rotary will offer the same level of human interaction that Rotary members had in the in the past persists. Even though the "hands looking outwards" mantra is sure to become part of regular routine at the club it is clear that there is a feeling of trust is developing and more people have been able to make connections face-to-face. The reality is that Rotary has changed. Volunteers from the community clean up garbage.
